Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee were seen at the Mumbai airport with their two little munchkins, Lianna and Divisha before they headed out of the city ahead of Diwali. In a video circulating on social media, the family of four was seen getting out of the car. Gurmeet carefully escorted both their daughters while Debina looked after their luggage. As the video played out, one of their daughters was seen trying her best to break free.
The actor couple opted for comfy outfits. Debina was seen wearing a vibrant co-ord set, while Gurmeet went with a monochromatic look in a half-sleeved T-shirt and trousers. The two daughters, however, stole the show. One of them was wearing a Barbie-printed co-ord set, and the other looked cute as a button in a printed full-sleeved shirt and denim shorts. All of them posed briefly for the paparazzi before entering the airport.
Debina often shares some glimpses of her day-to-day life with her millions of fans on Instagram. Just days back, she shared a series of pictures highlighting the Karwa Chauth festivities. In a note accompanying the images, the actress shared that this year’s celebrations were extra special because her elder daughter decided to join her. The latter eagerly wanted to dress up just like her mother and even accompanied her to the community puja.
The star couple keep their fans entertained with their daily vlogs. While many appreciate their family dynamics and love watching their content, a section of social media resorts to trolling them and their little daughters. Previously, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Gurmeet addressed the issue and said that trolling is a downside of being in the public eye.
“When you’re an actor and a public figure, your life isn’t just your own. We make it public. We are working for all the people, and to get their love, we chose to get into this profession and become public figures. We wanted to be stars. And living a public life, open to all, is the negative side that comes with that sphere,” said the actor.
Further, Gurmeet shared that he never thought the negativity would affect his kids. Over time, the couple has managed to deal with it. He shared that while the majority of people on the internet love him and his family, only a handful resort to trolling.
For those who don’t know, Gurmeet and Debina exchanged vows in 2011. Almost a decade after their marriage, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Lianna, in April 2022 and their second daughter, Divisha, in November of the same year.
