Kaun Banega Crorepati 16, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, continues to captivate audiences with its engaging format. As one of the most loved quiz shows on television, viewers have long enjoyed watching Amitabh Bachchan’s charismatic presence at the helm. Known for his candid interactions with contestants, the entertainment reaches new heights when celebrities take the hot seat. In an upcoming episode, Farah Khan and Boman Irani will appear on the show, and the latest promo teases their light-hearted banter. As Amitabh Bachchan tests their friendship, Boman’s witty response steals the spotlight.
According to a promo shared on the channel’s Instagram handle, Amitabh Bachchan tells Farah Khan and Boman Irani that he plans to test their friendship by asking a question. The star says, “Yeh jo aap dono ki dosti hai na, iska hum ek imtihaan lena chah rahe hain (We want to test the friendship you both share).” He then turns to Boman Irani and asks, “Kaun sa aisa shabd hai jo Farah humesha use karte rehti hai? (Which is the word that Farah always keeps using).” Boman Irani was quick to respond to the question and said, “Beep, beep, beep…” His answer makes everyone laugh and indicates that Farah uses cuss words.
The host further asked, “Itne saare? (These many).” But Boman answers by repeatedly saying “beep.” In response, Farah Khan jokingly defends herself saying, “Ek abla naari ka pura charitra halaal kar rahe hain yeh log (These people are ruining the character of a helpless woman).” The caption along with the promo reads, “Farah Khan ko Boman Irani se bhetar koi nahi jaanta!”
In another promo, Farah is seen joking that she hasn’t made a movie since her 2014 release Happy New Year because she’s been thinking about one project, which includes working with none other than Amitabh Bachchan. She jokes that no director’s career truly takes off until they work with him. Farah and Boman go one step further, pretending to offer Amitabh Bachchan a film contract, much to the audience’s amusement. Farah discloses the title of the film: Jab Tak Bachchan.
Farah Khan and Boman Irani will be on the show this Friday (October 25) at 9 pm on Sony Entertainment Television.
