The two have now come out of the show and have been spotted together on dinner dates, posting pictures with each other. While fans labelled their relationship as fake, the duo continues to prove them wrong with their loving gestures for each other, with the latest one involving Nikki’s confession to being in love with Arbaz Patel.

In a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Nikki Tamboli was asked whether their relationship is official now. Responding to the same, she admitted to being unsure about the relationship status, adding that they are certainly not just friends Nikki, a Bigg Boss Marathi 5 finalist, explained, “I won’t deny that we are more than friends; we are. But abhi bhi hum ek dusre ko samajh ke le rahe hai, samjh rahe hai, ek dusre ki life ko dekh rahe hai ke bahar kiski zindagi kaisi hai, kaise sab kuch karna hai (we are still getting to know each other, understanding each other, and seeing what our lives are like outside, and how everything should be managed).”

She added, “So let me tell you, it is not official, but I won’t deny or accept a few things. For example, yes, I like him, pyaar hai toh hai” (if there is love, there is). Ab wo kaisa hai, dosti wala hai, I do not know. I am still understanding him because he is a very nice guy (What kind of love it is, whether it’s more like friendship, I don’t know yet).”

The duo, ever since entering the Bigg Boss Marathi 5, has been grabbing eyeballs for their closeness on the show, often taking a stand for each other. The former Spilitsvilla’s then-girlfriend, Leeza Bindra too called out Nikki for her proximity with Arbaz despite being aware of his relationship outside the show.

While fans believed that the alleged couple would separate ways after coming out of the show, the duo maintained the bond. Days after the Bigg Boss finale, Nikki and Arbaz stepped out for dinner and were captured outside an eating joint, twinning in black outfits.
