Paris Olympics 2024, Day 12 LIVE Updates: Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Day 12 of the Paris Olympics 2024. We are set to see some medal events from the Indian athletes who will hope to put in their best performances to help bring more glory to the nation.

The headline event of the day will certainly be in the Women’s 50kg wrestling final where Vinesh Phogat stands the chance to claim a historic first gold medal as she is set to take on USA’s Sarah Ann Hildebrand.

Mirabai Chanu is also set to compete in the women’s 49 weightlifting event where she will hope to put her best foot forward to improve on her silver medal which she won in Tokyo 2020.

Table tennis action is also set to take place with the team event where India’s women’s team take on Germany later on in the day.

Women’s Golf is also set to get underway with the likes of Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar set to take part in the first round of the Individual stroke play.
