    Citrus Gold Rush

    Ingredients:

    Chivas Regal XV – 40ml

    Lemon Juice – 20ml

    Honey Syrup – 20ml

    Soda Water – 40ml

    Orange Slice – Garnish

    Mint Sprig – Garnish

    Method:

    1. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
    2. Strain into a highball glass.
    3. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.

     

    Caribbean Fire

    Ingredients

    The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve – 50ml

    Pineapple Juice – 25ml

    Smoking Hot Pistols Hot Sauce – 2tsp

    Lime Juice – 15ml

    Agave Nectar – 10ml

    Pink Grapefruit Soda (to top)

    Method:

    1. Shake all ingredients (apart from the pink grapefruit soda) and strain into a tall glass over cubed ice.
    2. Top with pink grapefruit soda and stir lightly.
    3. Top with more ice if required and garnish with pineapple leaves, a pineapple wedge and a thin slice of red chilli.

     

    JGL Signature Recipe

    45 ml Jameson

    Top Up – Ginger Ale

    Squeeze A Wedge – Lime

    Method:

    In a hi-ball glass, take a lot of ice and pour the desired amount of Jameson, top it up with Ginger ale and to finish the drink squeeze a lime wedge.

     

    Amalfi Settantacinque

    Ingredients :

    25 ml Malfy Con Limone

    20 ml Clementine Juice

    15 ml Simple Syrup

    20 ml Lemon Juice

    75ml ml Perrier – Jouet NV Brut

    Method:

    1. Shake the first four ingredients and double strain in a flute, top with champagne
    2. Garnish: Lemon Twist and Star Anise
    3. Method: Shake the first three ingredients and pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with seltzer/ soda.
    4. Can use grapefruit soda as well for an extra citrus punch.

     

    The Pinklet

    Ingredients

    50ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry

    20ml Fresh lime juice

    10ml Sugar

    Method

    Shaken, served straight.

    Garnish

    Strawberry
