Soon after Malaika Arora ended her relationship with Arjun Kapoor, rumours of her dating fashion stylist Rahul Vijay sparked on the internet. Well, a report clarified that Malaika is single and not romantically involved with anyone. During a conversation with Hindustan Times, a source close to the actress noted that Malaika is currently happy and not dating anyone. He also mentioned that Rahul is her son’s stylist and therefore, a friend to her.
The source said, “Please check your facts. She is a single and happy woman. Rahul Vijay is her son Arhaan’s stylist and, therefore, a friend. It ends there. This rumour is just plain ridiculous and bizarre.”
After AP Dhillon’s concert, Rahul posted a candid picture of Malaika vibing to the music on his Instagram story with the cheeky caption, “Wait, was it a Malaika concert.” Thus, fuelling the gossip. Adding to the intrigue, Malaika later shared a cosy selfie with Rahul on her handle.
Rahul Vijay is a popular stylist, who has worked with several Bollywood celebrities such as Arjun Kapoor, Ahan Shetty, Sara Ali Khan, Athiya Shetty, and Vedang Raina. He was also a former fashion editor for GQ India, Harper’s Bazaar India, and Elle.
Meanwhile, Malaika and Arjun had been dating since 2016. The actor confirmed his breakup with Malaika earlier this year during Singham Again’s promotions. When the crowd called out her name and asked how she was in Marathi, Arjun replied, “Nahi nahi abhi single hun, relax karo.”

AP Dhillon had a starstruck moment when he noticed Malaika in the crowd. The Punjabi music sensation invited the actress on stage and performed his hit song “With You.” Dhillon also confessed that Malaika was his childhood crush, making the meeting even more special. Later, he shared a video with Malaika on Instagram, captioning it “Pehle pyaar di pehli kahaani”.
