According to reports, Duchess of Sussex’s show is centred around cooking and gardening.
In an exciting development, Meghan Markle is set to make her highly anticipated return to the public eye in 2025. While previously making occasional appearances, the Duchess of Sussex has been focusing on her big comeback in the New Year. According to reports, she is set to launch a new Netflix series in early 2025, centered around cooking, gardening, and entertaining. In addition to this, Meghan will also unveil her much-awaited lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, following the show’s debut.
The reports come amid growing speculation surrounding the launch of Meghan Markle’s brand, with some claiming that not everything is going as smoothly as planned. In terms of promotion, Meghan has been sending charming baskets of homemade jams to her close friends, including Kris Jenner, Chrissy Teigen, and Abigail Spencer. However, questions have arisen about the team behind the brand, with Page Six reporting that Markle did not collaborate with local factories or jam makers from her Southern California area for the production of her products.
A Hollywood insider even told the portal that they had heard rumours of the brand turning into a “sh** show”. However, another source shared, “She’s been keeping her cards close to her chest. But I can tell you that she is the CEO of American Riviera Orchard, so all these rumours about her having a hard time finding a CEO are false.”
A source even revealed that Meghan Markle has been working with people outside the Archwell Foundation to keep the brand running. An industry insider also noted, as quoted by Page Six, “As far as Meghan being quiet, she’s been in the background working on her entrepreneurial efforts.” He added, “Both the Netflix project and her brand will come out within the same timeline in the New Year.”
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle is also involved in communication with influential friends like Claire Waight Keller to seek guidance for her soon-to-be-launched brand. FYI, Keller is the former Givenchy designer, the one behind her wedding dress. In a noteworthy achievement, the designer secured a major deal with Uniqlo. Besides, she is also in touch with Victoria Jackson, a QVC star and makeup entrepreneur, for a collaboration she prepares to make a mark in the entrepreneurial market.
