Spinner Sajid Khan was pumped up after knocking over Ollie Pope on the second day of the ongoing Test match between Pakistan and England in Multan. After Pakistan was bowled out for 366 earlier in the day, England enjoyed a blistering start thanks to a 73-run opening stand between Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett. While Duckett continued his aggressive approach, Pope joined him in the middle and the pair added another valuable 52 runs. Just as England seemed to have taken control, Sajid produced a moment of magic in the 24th over.
Having been struck for a boundary on the previous delivery, Sajid responded with a perfectly flighted off-break that completely deceived Pope. The England number three, leaning forward to drive, could only watch in disbelief as the ball spun sharply past his bat and clipped the top of the off stump. Sajid’s emphatic celebration spoke volumes about the importance of the wicket.

Ben Duckett made a brisk half-century as England reached 88-1 at tea on day two of the second Test in Multan on Wednesday in reply to Pakistan’s 366. At the break opener, Duckett was motoring on 53 and Ollie Pope was five not out, the visitors having lost Zak Crawley for 27.
Duckett reached his 12th Test half-century off 47 balls as England made quick in-roads against a Pakistan attack that has only one frontline seamer in Aamer Jamal.
Earlier, Spinner Jack Leach grabbed four wickets to help England dismiss Pakistan for 366 in their first innings. The left-armer took 4-114 while pacers Brydon Carse finished with 3-50 and Matthew Potts 2-66 as Pakistan managed to add 107 after resuming the day on 259-5.
England lead the three-match series 1-0 following their innings victory in the first Test, also in Multan.
