Devara: Part 1 will star Jr NTR in a dual role.
Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor’s Devara: Part 1 has crossed Rs 60 crore in advance bookings. The advance bookings were opened earlier this week.
Starring Jr NTR, Devara: Part 1 is one of the most anticipated releases from the South film industry. The Telugu film has been helmed by Koratala Siva and is all set to release in theatres worldwide on September 27. Ahead of its release, the film has made more than Rs 60 crore in advance bookings so far.
As reported by Sacnilk.com, Devara: Part 1 has crossed the Rs 60 crore mark in advance bookings for its first-day shows. The advance bookings were opened earlier this week. The film has collected Rs 42.86 crore in India. Out of this, it has sold 10 lakh tickets for the Telugu 2D shows and over 40,000 tickets for the Hindi 2D shows. The film has raked in the highest earnings from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, collecting Rs 16.86 crore and Rs 17.2 crore respectively.
The film will be released worldwide. In the US market, the film has crossed the $2.5 million mark. This news was shared by the distributor of the film – Prathyangira Cinemas – on X (formerly known as Twitter). Sharing the news on social media, they wrote, “North America can’t contain the fury of #Devara & The Red Sea is turning into a full blown tsunami…$2.5 MILLION+ Premieres Pre sales and the heat is rising! #DevaraUSA by @PrathyangiraUS & @Hamsinient”

Ahead of its worldwide release, Devara: Part 1 will be premiered at Beyond Fest in Los Angeles on September 26. Talking about the premiere, Jr NTR said, “It’s so deeply rooted with all the extravaganza and dance moves you loved in RRR. So, you will enjoy every little thing.”
Starring Jr NTR in a dual role, the movie will also star Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, and Murali Sharma in key roles.
