But during this time, special care should be taken of cleanliness. One should clean the house completely before the start of Navratri. Keep in mind that Mata Rani lives only in a clean place, and where she lives, there is prosperity. In the house where there is dirt, poverty starts increasing. Therefore, every corner of the house should be cleaned before Navratri.

⦁ A positive atmosphere should be maintained in the house during Sharadiya Navratri.

⦁ Before Sharadiya Navratri, torn-old shoes, slippers, broken glass items, damaged watches etc. should be removed from the house.
