Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth’s wedding photos exude a dreamy charm, but it was Aditi’s Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery that caught everyone’s attention.

Aditi Rao Hydari recently married her long-time partner Siddharth in an intimate ceremony at a 400-year-old temple in Wanaparthy. The couple’s wedding photos exude a dreamy charm, but it was Aditi’s exquisite choice of Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery paired with her beige lehenga that truly captured the internet’s attention.

Aditi opted for traditional temple jewellery over flashy diamonds or heavy adornments, embracing a timeless and elegant style. Her jewellery featured a blend of polki diamonds, pearls, and rubies. The standout piece was a jadau neckpiece adorned with intricate South Indian emblems, adding a subtle yet striking touch to her outfit. Her jhumkas, embellished with floral motifs, polki diamonds and rubies, complemented her look beautifully.

Aditi’s bangles were a collection of beaten gold surrounded with enamelled polki and meenakari work. These were engraved with khudai (design pattern) to set off the rubies and gemstones in a subtle way. All these elements harmonised beautifully with the crescent moon mehendi design on her hand.

Completing her ensemble was a traditional nathu bullakk (nose pin), a classic South Indian nose ornament adorned with small polki diamonds, adding an authentic touch to her look. However, the true showstopper was the antique-finish pair of ghungroos that graced her ankles, offering a delicate yet striking detail that elevated her entire bridal appearance.

Speaking of Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth’s outfit, the couple wore classic pieces from the collection of designer Sabyasachi. Aditi opted for a handwoven tissue lehenga, which she paired with a Benarasi tissue dupatta from the archives of the Sabyasachi Heritage Textile collection. Meanwhile, Siddharth opted for a Sabyasachi silk kurta and a handwoven Benarasi dhoti with a veshti of his own.

This isn’t the first time Aditi has showcased her love for polki jewellery. For a photoshoot, she chose a polki necklace and bangles from Indriya Jewels. She styled them with an ivory embroidered lehenga set by designer Anita Dongre. The jewellery added a striking contrast to her overall look.

For another look, Aditi looked stunning in a golden handwoven Benarasi silk lehenga set from designer Anita Dongre. She accessorised her look with a crimson polki choker necklace from Indriya Jewels.
