The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2024 was a star-studded affair, with each of the celebrities gracing the red carpet in their finest attire. Among the many glamorous appearances, Aishwarya Rai’s choice of a black embellished anarkali gown stole all the limelight. The actress attended the event with her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. The mother-daughter duo set major fashion goals as they arrived hand in hand. Aishwarya also made sure to take pictures with fans.

Aishwarya’s black anarkali gown is from the collection of designer Manish Malhotra. The dress was heavily adorned with intricate gold and red sequin embellishments throughout. The suit further boasted a floor-grazing hem, full-length sleeves, a raised bandhgala collar with a V slit, and a skirt that flowed elegantly from a fitted bust. Aishwarya complemented this with a matching black zari dupatta embellished with similar golden sequins and golden tassels on the border.

For accessories, Aishwarya opted for a minimal approach including gold diamond drop earrings and a statement ring. Her makeup featured coral pink lips, matching eyeshadow, winged eyeliner and light contouring with a highlighter. Lastly, the diva completed her look by styling her hair open in a side partition.

In contrast, Aaradhya Bachchan wore a silver sequin sharara set. Her outfit consisted of a short black kurta and palazzo set which were heavily adorned with silver sequin detailing. It had a round neckline, full-length bell sleeves and a relaxed silhouette. Aaradhya completed her outfit with silver juttis and styled her short hair open.

Aishwarya and Aaradhya never fail to make a statement together. In this photo, Aishwarya wore a black, multi-coloured anarkali with full sleeves and a black dupatta with a blue border. She completed the look with heavy jewellery, including a stone-encrusted choker necklace, large earrings and a maang tikka. Meanwhile, Aaradhya looked simple and beautiful in a pink anarkali suit with elbow-length sleeves and floor-length hem. She completed the look with a matching net dupatta adorned with a pearl border.
