Add Aavaram flower powder, panangarupatti and cardamom seeds and drink it. Honey can also be used as a remedy. It is also a thirst-quenching drink.

If the skin is inflamed, the bark is boiled with water and cleaned for which the inflammation gradually goes down.
For those with dandruff, mix avaram flower powder, fenugreek powder and aloe vera gel evenly and apply them on the scalp after 30 minutes and wash the hair with shampoo to get rid of the dandruff problem. Aavaram poo has various medicinal properties but should be used after consulting a doctor.
