    Nato Nations Seek “Collective” Response to Russian Drone Attacks, Moscow Slams “Hollywood


    On September 8, Ukrainian forces attacked a fuel depot in Russia’s Belgorod region, causing multiple fires. Twelve fuel tanks caught fire, and residential buildings were damaged, with three civilians injured. Concurrently, Russian drones breached NATO airspace, leading Romania and Latvia to investigate and bolster defenses. Romanian jets intercepted a drone, while Latvia called for a unified NATO response. Ukrainian President Zelensky urged Italy to accelerate US Patriot missile deliveries, amid increased Western support for Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russian spokeswoman Maria Zakharova criticized US aggression, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called for a faster resolution to the Ukraine conflict.
