    Sara Ali Khan took her squats routine to the next level by performing it on her Pilates reformer.

    Sara Ali Khan has always been vocal about her fitness journey. The actor is often seen talking about the benefits of yoga and pilates. She often takes to her social media to share snippets from her intense Pilates workout routine which she performs solo or sometimes with her best friends from Bollywood. Recently, she took to her Instagram to share her Pilates workout and all we can say is that she definitely kickstarted her weekend on a fit note.

    Taking to her Instagram, Sara Ali Khan shared a video where she was seen in a multicoloured gym bralette that she had paired with orange dolphin workout shorts. She had pulled her hair back loosely. Sharing the video, she wrote, “Keep your squats low and standards high.”

    In the video, Sara can be seen doing slow squats and donkey kicks on a Pilates reformer. The workout shows off her toned muscles and her dedication to fitness. Squats, when performed on a pilates reformer, add tension and make the workout even more intense as more muscles get used in the process. Squats strengthen the lower body muscles including the hamstrings and calves. They burn calories and also improve flexibility, body posture, and balance. When done on a Pilates reformer, squats actively engage the core muscles and engage the core abs. Sara’s workout has given all of us an inspiration to start our weekend on a fit note.
