Russian physicist Anatoly Volyntsev urged President Putin to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine to expedite the war and disrupt Western arms supplies. He argued that nuclear strikes could block supply routes more effectively, despite potential casualties and minimal environmental impact. Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials deny involvement in the Nord Stream pipeline attacks, which were reportedly approved by Zelensky but later halted under US pressure.
