Blake Lively was the “happiest human” at the Deadpool & Wolverine New York City premiere. The actress came all out to show support for her husband, Ryan Reynolds and his upcoming film. While several pictures and videos of her outing with Reynolds surfaced on the internet, a special one caught her attention. Lively was truly over the moon after meeting NSYNC members at the premiere night. Four out of the five group members, including JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass and Chris Kirkpatrick, attended Deadpool & Wolverine’s premiere, while Justin Timberlake went missing.
However, this was no coincidence, as the group’s 2000 hit song, Bye Bye Bye, features on the film’s extensive soundtrack. Meanwhile, exuding a complete fangirl moment, Blake Lively posed for pictures with the group members and shared the same on her Instagram.
One can see the Gossip Girls alum posing with her husband and the NSYNC members, looking all happy and excited. “No one will ever know what this moment meant to me. No. One. Ever. I am living in a simulation. My face knows it. Happiest human ever,” she wrote while sharing her excitement. Lively also made a special mention for Reynolds and thanked him for being the “most romantic person on the planet” and fulfilling her dream during the premiere night.
“10 year old, and also 36 year old me is sobbing,” she added.
The set of pictures was originally shared on Lance Bass’s Instagram with a witty caption that read, “Still waiting for our call to join the X-Force. Your move, @marvelstudios.” Blake couldn’t help but show her happy side. “Can confirm (if my face doesn’t) this was the single happiest most complete moment of my life. I’ll shave my hair off and perm it bleach blonde. It’s fine. I can scrub in. I’m ready. This just feels right,” the actress commented.
Meanwhile, the Deadpool actor also dedicated a special post to the group on his Instagram. “These guys had such a huge hand in making a particular Deadpool and Wolverine sequence one of my all-time favourites. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness, talent, and good fellowship,” Reynolds wrote. He didn’t forget to mention Timberlake and added, “Not pictured, but no less appreciated.”
Marvel Studios Deadpool & Wolverine hits theatres this Friday, July 26, 2024. The film also features Hugh Jackman as the iconic Wolverine.
